Payments are via Paypal, Ko-fi, and Steam gift cards.

Payments are UPFRONT (payment in installments may be negotiated).

Please maintain respectful communication throughout the commission process.

I do NOT accept deadlines or rushed orders. (If you require the piece to be complete before a specific date, please inform me beforehand).

Commissions typically take
1–8 weeks to complete, with larger projects requiring additional time. (Due to university and personal commitments, I may go weeks without drawing. Updates on my commission status will be posted on social media or sent privately to clients).

You may ask for WIPS or a current status on your commission any time you desire.

Visual references are required (Pinterest boards / Mood boards are acceptable).

Custom designs are available and will be priced based on the number of concepts and sketches presented in the process (pricing will be discussed thoroughly).

Refunds are only available if work on the commission has NOT yet begun.

If I have already started working on your commission, refunds will be partial based on the progress made:

Sketch phase: 75% refund.

Line-art phase: 50% refund.

Rendering/shading phase: 25% refund.

If I am personally unable to complete your request, you will be refunded based on my refund policy.

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.

A charge of an additional ONE-TIME FEE will apply if you require commercial and/or merchandise use of my artwork:

+100% of the base price for general commercial use (e.g., promotional illustrations, stream assets, branding materials, cover art, or any usage intended to directly or indirectly earn money using the artwork).

+200% of the base price for merchandise use (e.g., prints, apparel, keychains, or any products where the artwork is sold directly or featured as a selling point).
